A purchase contract is concluded when the customer completes the checkout process and successfully pays for the product using one of the available payment methods.

MEZUZAKAMEA reserves the right to revoke the purchase contract at its sole discretion. In such a case, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 48 hours, and the contract shall be deemed null and void from the outset (ex tunc).

4. Production Time
Certain products, particularly Tefillin and special editions, are made-to-order and require extended preparation time. Please note the estimated delivery time stated in the product description. Orders for custom or sacred items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in the currency displayed. Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery
